Goods Clearance

Goods clearance or clearance is a process in customs, which is performed by the goods owner or the legal representative of the goods owner recognized by the customs for exporting or importing goods and commodities, during which, the goods are released from the customs warehouses and places by doing the customs procedures. The clearance process involves providing, preparing, and filing documents physically or electronically and calculating the costs, including taxes, commercial interest, customs fees, and other facilities provided to importers and exporters.
